Refund Policy – Smiles & Sparkles

​At Smiles & Sparkles, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties:

1. Cancellations by the client:
– Up to 7 days before the event: Full refund available.
– Less than 7 days before the event: 50% of the total fee will be refunded.
– Less than 48 hours before the event: No refunds will be provided.

2. Rescheduling:
– Clients may request to reschedule once, subject to availability.
– A rescheduling fee of AUD 90 may apply in cases of weather-related changes or location constraints (e.g. no covered space or parking provided for entertainers).

3. Cancellations by Smiles & Sparkles:
In the rare event that Smiles & Sparkles must cancel a booking, a full refund will be provided or an alternative entertainer offered.

4. No-show policy:
If our entertainer arrives at the event and is unable to perform due to missing contact, entry issues, or lack of basic requirements (shade, table, etc.), no refund will be issued.

5. Refund processing:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
